Applicants are subject to a basic employment, work experience, and educational screening to ensure each has the proficiency to perform inspections. ASE certifications are validated to ensure they are current.
Applicants are selected according to in-network demand within specific regions. Needs for additional or replacement technicians will vary by these regions and depend on historical customer request demand, relevance of ASE certification, vehicle type (passenger, hybrid, electric, truck) competency, unique make or manufacturer experience, duration and type of industry experience, possession of a scan tool to perform a diagnostic check, and formal and/or trade school education.
