Engine

Critical components such as belts and hoses are examined. Battery is tested (except for hybrids and electrics) and a voltage reading is obtained.

Information Needed

When you’re ready to request your car inspection package, you will need the following:

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

The 17-character VIN is usually found at the bottom of the front windshield. Be sure to get this information from the seller or when you view the vehicle yourself.

Vehicle Address

The location the vehicle is determines where an inspection will take place. If POMCAR doesn’t have a technician qualified to inspect your vehicle in your area, we will let you know right away.

Seller Phone Number

You don’t have to be in the middle. POMCAR will coordinate directly with the seller to schedule the inspection.

Your Focus Areas
